QT Technologies Ireland Limited is seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Campus Recruiting team in Ireland. You will build strong relationships with universities, coordinate internship and graduate programmes, and manage end-to-end recruitment for early-career roles.

You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to deliver a positive candidate experience and promote our technology and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree with 2+ years in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, University Relations, Event Management, or related field.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the EMEA campus recruiting strategy by attracting and hiring top early-career talent.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment for internship and graduate programmes, including screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Plan and execute university engagement activities, career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment campaigns.
• Assist in delivering the internship programme, including onboarding, communications and professional development events.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, programme metrics, and candidate records.
