Job summary

QT Technologies Ireland Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Campus Recruiting team.

This role focuses on university relations, programme management, and employer branding across EMEA, offering exposure to end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.

You will partner with universities, hiring managers, and HR peers to deliver an excellent candidate experience, coordinate internship and graduate programmes, and help grow Qualcomm's future talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Associate's degree and 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Qualcomm's EMEA campus recruiting strategy by attracting, engaging, and hiring top early-career talent across multiple countries.
• Execute the end-to-end recruitment process for internship and graduate hiring programmes, including candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding support, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and business stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Plan and execute university engagement activities, careers fairs, networking events, employer branding initiatives, and campus recruitment campaigns.
• Assist in the delivery of Qualcomm's internship programme, including intern onboarding, communications, engagement activities, professional development events, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, programme metrics, and candidate records while supporting reporting and analysis efforts.
• Represent Qualcomm professionally at both virtual and in-person events while promoting our culture, technology, and career opportunities.
