QT Technologies Ireland Limited is seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Campus Recruiting team in Ireland. You will build strong relationships with universities, coordinate internship and graduate programmes, and manage end-to-end recruitment for early-career roles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the EMEA campus recruiting strategy by attracting and hiring top early-career talent.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment for internship and graduate programmes, including screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Plan and execute university engagement activities, career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment campaigns.
• Assist in delivering the internship programme, including onboarding, communications and professional development events.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, programme metrics, and candidate records.

General Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Campus Recruiting team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career recruiter or HR professional looking to build expertise in university recruiting, talent acquisition, programme management, and employer branding within a global technology company. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, universities, and business stakeholders, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and interns while contributing to the growth of Qualcomm's future talent pipeline. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to strategic talent acquisition, stakeholder management, university relations, and programme delivery within a global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Qualcomm's EMEA campus recruiting strategy by attracting, engaging, and hiring top early-career talent across multiple countries.
• Execute the end-to-end recruitment process for internship and graduate hiring programmes, including candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding support, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and business stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Plan and execute university engagement activities, careers fairs, networking events, employer branding initiatives, and campus recruitment campaigns.
• Assist in the delivery of Qualcomm's internship programme, including intern onboarding, communications, engagement activities, professional development events, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, programme metrics, and candidate records while supporting reporting and analysis efforts.
• Represent Qualcomm professionally at both virtual and in-person events while promoting our culture, technology, and career opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.

OR
Associate's degree and 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.

• Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Additional Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, University Relations, Event Management, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and virtual collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in the technology industry.
• 1+ year of work experience in one or more of the following areas: ATS (i.e., Workday), sourcing, interviewing, compensation, and benefits.
• Previous experience supporting recruitment, HR, events, customer service, or programme administration.
• Experience working with students, universities, or early-career talent programmes.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a curiosity for AI driven efficiency.
• Interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and university recruiting.
• Interest in working across multiple countries and understanding hiring related rules and regulations unique to each country.
• Experience coordinating projects or events.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
