Job summary

Stripe in Ireland (Dublin) is seeking a University Recruiter for an 11-month fixed-term contract to help shape our early-stage talent programs and campus partnerships.

You will own the full campus recruiting life cycle, from on-campus events to building diverse pipelines and partnering with engineering and business teams. This is a high-impact role with a focus on inclusion and candidate experience.

  • Develop deep relationships with university groups to design school-specific strategies that enhance Stripe’s value proposition and brand on campus.
  • Plan and execute on-campus events with a focus on early engagement, education, and strategic branding.
  • Screen candidates and ensure a consistent and inclusive hiring process.
  • Drive a positive candidate experience for every new graduate and intern candidate considering a career at Stripe.
  • Build and iterate on our year-round internship program with teammates and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Act as a resource to interns from hire to full-time conversion.
  • Proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to maintain aligned decision making.

About The Team

To further this important mission, we are building the foundation for a long-term talent bench at Stripe. We are looking for a University Recruiter to join our team to attract and hire the very best junior talent, while providing each candidate with an exceptional experience. This is a 11 month fixed term contract.

What you’ll do

We’re a small but mighty team, and are committed to big results. You will help shape the future of our early-stage programs and be responsible for all parts of the campus recruiting life cycle, including, but not limited to, organizing and leading on campus events, driving a strong and diverse candidate pipeline, branding, building relationships with internal stakeholders, and managing our global internship program. You must be a builder who thrives in a learning environment - unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate on our processes.

  • Build and iterate on our year-round internship program alongside teammates and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Act as a resource to interns from hire to full-time conversion
  • Proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to maintain aligned decision making and build trusted partnerships

Minimum Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years full-cycle university recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • A passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Proven abilities to create a strategic campus strategy and build a diverse pipeline
  • An active and data-driven approach to problem solving; you may enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient
  • A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities with circumstances change (At a fast-growing startup, they often do)
  • An interest in working in a cross-functional and fluid environment, the ability to learn quickly, and no desire to take yourself too seriously (a wry sense of humor is always appreciated!)
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% during peak recruiting cycles and work flexible hours as needed
In-office expectations

Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico, Bengaluru, India, and Dublin, Ireland work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.

Pay and benefits

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €71,800 - €107,600. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
