Stripe is seeking a University Recruiting Manager to lead a global team, shaping early careers strategy and building durable programs across multiple lines of business. You will partner with senior leaders, define actionable recruiting plans, and drive intern and new graduate hiring with a focus on experience and outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic judgment, a builder’s mindset, and use of data to improve decisions, with broad visibility across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering university recruiting strategies at high-growth or complex organizations.
• Proven track record leading University Recruiting professionals and building strong teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to clarify ambiguous multi-stakeholder problems.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of full-cycle University Recruiters; set a high standard for judgment and collaboration.
• Develop and deliver a clear early careers hiring strategy across Stripe’s lines of business.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring teams to understand needs and meet ambitious goals.
• Lead global internship and apprenticeship programs, including onboarding and experience enhancements.
• Build end-to-end candidate experience in partnership with cross-functional teams.
