Job summary

Avoca Rathcoole is seeking a responsible full-time Team Lead to support the management team in Avoca Rathcoole store and café on a permanent contract. The role covers opening/closing duties, cash handling and reconciliation, and day-to-day department support while assisting the management team in various capacities.

Ideal candidates will have 3 years in a similar role, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a proven track record of taking responsibility.

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible full-time Team Lead to assist the management team in Avoca Rathcoole on a full-time permanent contract. Duties of the Team Lead include opening and/or closing duties of the Avoca Rathcoole store and/or cafe, assisting with day-to-day running of the department, and supporting the management team in a variety of different ways. The Team Lead's responsibilities include cash handling, cash reconciliation, assisting in running the daily employee breaks, customer service queries, table service, and supporting the management team in various capacities. The ideal candidate should have experience within the retail or food industry and have a proven track record of seeking responsibility.
