Job summary

Avoca is hiring an experienced cafe team member for our Suffolk Street location in Dublin on a part-time basis (8 hours per week). You will deliver high standards of customer service, perform barista duties and handle till operations to support a smooth customer flow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: assist customers in person and via phone.
• Barista duties: make coffees and serve fresh food.
• Till use: scanning items and processing payments.
• Replenish stock and maintain Avoca brand standards.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and keep store clean.
• Ad-hoc tasks as directed by manager.

We are recruiting for experienced food handlers to work part-time in our cafe (8hours per week) in our location at Avoca Suffolk Street.

Duties include:

• Customer Service - A high standard of customer service is required for the role, including assisting customers in person and via phone
• Barista - making coffees, serving fresh food to customers.
• Till use - scanning items and taking payments, managing queues in a timely manner.
• Replenishing stock, ensuring the retail department is always in line with Avoca brand standards.
• Opening and closing duties as outlined by your line manager
• Ensuring the store is clean, tidy and in keeping with Avoca brand standard
• Ad-hoc duties outlined by your manager
