Job summary

Avoca Mount Usher is seeking a responsible full-time Retail Team Lead to support the management team at Avoca Mount Usher store and café on a permanent contract. Duties include opening/closing duties, assisting with daily operations, and supporting management in various ways.

The role covers cash handling, cash reconciliation, daily break support, customer service inquiries, and general management assistance.

• Proven track record of seeking responsibility
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Reliable and flexible in their approach to work
• Previous experience in a similar role an advantage
• Experience merchandising in the retail market

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible full time Retail Team Lead to assist the management team in Avoca Mount Usher on a full-time permanent contract. Duties of the Team Lead include opening and/or closing duties of the Avoca Mount Usher store and/or café, assisting with day-to-day running of the department, and supporting the management team in a variety of different ways.

The Team Lead’s responsibilities include cash handling, cash reconciliation, assisting in running the daily employee breaks, customer service queries and supporting the management team in various capacities. The ideal candidate should have experience within the retail or food industry and have a proven track record of seeking responsibility.
