Job summary

Avoca Rathcoole is seeking a responsible full-time Team Lead to assist the management team at Avoca Rathcoole on a permanent contract. You will handle opening/closing duties, support daily store operations, and assist with management tasks to ensure smooth service.

The role requires experience in retail or food service and a proven ability to take on responsibility, with a hands-on approach to customer service and team support.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in similar role

Responsibilities

• Opening and/or Closing of your Department as outlined by your manager
• Customer Service queries including dealing with complaints
• Ordering processes for the store
• Provide general support to the management team
• Ad hoc duties as required
