Keary’s BMW Little Island in Ireland is seeking a full-time Business Manager to lead finance, insurance, and funding activities for both new and used vehicles. You will work closely with the sales team to secure funding, monitor performance, and deliver regular reports to management.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in the finance services industry.
• Motor trade experience is desirable but not necessary.
• Results-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Full, clean driver’s licence.

• Selling Finance and Insurance products.

• Demonstrating strong organisational skills.
• Work alongside our sales team to facilitate sales of vehicles.
• Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
