Job summary

Kearys Motor Group is seeking a Finance & Business Manager to join our team at Kearys BMW in Little Island. You will be responsible for selling finance and insurance products and arranging funding for vehicle purchases, while working closely with the sales team to drive sales and nurture customer relationships.

The role requires a focus on targets, strong numeracy, and excellent communication to deliver outstanding customer service and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience within finance services industry.
• Proven track record in sales and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numerical ability and IT skills.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Sell Finance and Insurance products and services.
• Arrange funding and related products for vehicle purchases.
• Monitor and report funding to management.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports.
• Work alongside the sales team to facilitate vehicle sales and build relationships with customers.

Role Overview

Keary’s Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time Business Manager to join our dynamic, growing team based in Kearys BMW, Little Island.

Role Responsibilities

• Selling Finance and Insurance products.
• Arrange funding and related products for the purchase of both new and used vehicles.
• Monitor and report on funding direct to management team.
• Meeting and exceeding targets.
• Producing weekly and monthly reports.
• Demonstrating strong organisational skills.
• Work alongside our sales team to facilitate sales of vehicles.
• Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.

Role Requirements

• 3 - 4 years’ experience within the finance services industry.
• Motor trade experience is desirable but not necessary.
• Results and target driven, with a proven track record in sales.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excel at understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs.
• Possess strong numerical ability and IT skills.
• Full clean drivers licence.
