Kearys Motor Group is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join the Renault Belgard dealership in Dublin. You will learn to showcase new and used vehicles, understand features and accessories, and assist customers through the sales journey, including test drives and vehicle handovers.

The role emphasizes training and development to progress into a selling position, with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong communication as key requirements.

Role Overview

Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic, growing team based in our Renault, Belgard Dealership.

Role Responsibilities

• Be responsible for new and used car displays.
• Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, accessories and key features.
• Responsible for the preparation of all new and used vehicles prior to handover.
• Accompany customers on test drives.
• Kearys overall focus is to train and develop the candidates, so they can quickly progress into a selling position.
• Photographing cars and advertising online.
