Orange Recruitment in Dublin is seeking a Business Development Executive to win and develop broker-led commercial business (Property & Casualty). The role requires insurance sales experience, strong broker relationships, and a target-driven mindset within a hybrid working environment.

You will manage a full sales pipeline, forecast activity, promote the product range, and collaborate with brokers to improve profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

Competenze

• Previous insurance sales experience is essential.
• Proven track record in a target-driven role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial P&C and broker market dynamics.

• Delivering new business targets and building a profitable portfolio (commercial P&C).
• Developing and maintaining relationships with brokers, key clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Understanding broker business, market landscape and internal opportunities.
• Managing pipeline activity end-to-end: leads, quotes, follow-ups, conversions.
• Planning and forecasting activity to support the strategic development plan.
• Promoting product range and strategy to uncover new opportunities.
• Identifying improvements with brokers to optimise profitability.
