360 Search is seeking a Commercial Insurance Broker to join the existing business team in Ireland. The role focuses on managing and renewing SME and commercial client portfolios, negotiating terms with insurers, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

The candidate should have 1–2+ years in commercial insurance, be organized, and capable of identifying growth opportunities. The position offers a hybrid working model and clear progression into mid-market and more complex commercial risk.

Qualifications

• APA Commercial qualification (minimum) with CIP desirable.
• 1–2+ years in commercial insurance experience.
• Experience managing renewals and client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain an existing portfolio of SME and commercial clients.
• Handle annual renewals from start to finish, including remarketing where required.
• Negotiate renewal terms with insurers to secure competitive cover and pricing.
• Process mid-term adjustments, endorsements, and policy amendments.
• Provide professional advice and tailored insurance solutions to clients.
• Identify cross-selling and portfolio growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records on CRM and policy administration systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with insurer partners.
