Job summary

Responsibilities

Underwrite Commercial Property and Liability business in line with company standards and risk appetite.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker partners and internal stakeholders.
Support business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities while ensuring quality risk selection.
Utilize pricing tools and maintain underwriting discipline to achieve financial objectives.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior underwriting staff.
Monitor market trends and contribute to the development of product strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal underwriting policies.
