• Undertake feasibility studies for IT developments, including price and benefit analysis, and present proposals to management.
• Advise management on emerging technologies and their potential introduction.
• Assist with the procurement, installation, maintenance and use of IT systems.
• Examine existing business models and data flows and prepare functional specifications and test plans for new systems.
• Analyse and monitor network infrastructure and system performance.
• Work closely with management and external providers to implement new systems.
