The Address Collective in Ireland is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen Team. You will prepare, produce and serve breakfast dishes to the highest standard in line with HACCP guidelines.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and excellent communication skills. You will handle ordering, deliveries and maintain top hygiene and food safety standards.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to adjust to high-pressure situations in a busy kitchen.
• Excellent communication skills; knowledge of HACCP.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and cooking all breakfast dishes to order and ensuring they conform to standards before service.
• Maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene throughout duties with HACCP compliance.
• Carrying out ordering duties as required.
• Dealing with the intake of deliveries.
