Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is inviting you to join our kitchen team as a hands-on Kitchen Assistant. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly, ensure food quality and hygiene standards, and contribute to a fast-paced service with excellence and efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotels or a similar role.
Passion for food and genuine interest.
Mature, pleasant manner and team player.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Good knowledge of HACCP procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
Take direction from department managers and monitor food quality and hygiene standards.
Follow the Head chef's example of excellence and efficiency.
Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
Support fellow kitchen staff in observing hygiene during food preparation and storage.
