The Mespil Hotel in Dublin is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen team. You will assist in preparing and presenting dishes, uphold hygiene standards, and support the team to deliver high-quality breakfast service.

Ideal candidates have some kitchen experience, familiarity with food safety, and a collaborative attitude. Flexibility for early shifts, weekends, and holidays is required to thrive in this fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
• Solid understanding of food safety and HACCP principles.

Responsibilities
