Job summary

Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa in Killarney invites applications for a Breakfast Chef to join our luxury kitchen team. You will prepare high quality breakfast dishes, plate with care, and ensure HACCP standards are met in a busy 5‑star environment.

Experience in breakfast service, strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential. The role requires early mornings, weekends and holidays, with opportunities for career progression within Windward Management.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a high‑quality hotel or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail, presentation, and quality.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high‑quality breakfast dishes in line with the hotel's standards.
Ensure food is presented attractively and consistently at a 5‑star level.
Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and stock levels during service.
Keep the kitchen and breakfast stations clean, organised, and well‑stocked.
Work effectively with the kitchen team to deliver a smooth and efficient breakfast service.
