Job summary

Fitzwilton Hotel in Waterford is seeking a Breakfast Assistant to join the team. You will greet guests, assist with breakfast service, and help maintain a well-stocked, clean dining area.

Flexibility to work morning shifts (6:45 AM – 2:45 PM) and a friendly, professional attitude are essential to deliver great service to every guest, with meals on duty and employee benefits included.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food service role, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a busy environment, particularly during peak breakfast hours.
• Flexibility to work morning shifts (e.g. 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM).
• A friendly, professional attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• A passion for delivering great service to every guest.

Main duties and responsibilities:
