Fitzwilton Hotel in Waterford is seeking 2 x experienced Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team. You will deliver consistent standards of excellence in service and greet guests with a high level of hospitality.

Ideal candidates have previous hotel/restaurant experience, are available weekdays and weekends, and can operate in a fast-paced environment while upselling products.

To deliver consistent standards of excellence in food and beverage service
To meet, greet and serve our guests to a high standard

Essential Requirements

Must have experience in a similar role in a hotel/restaurant/ gastro bar to be considered.

Must be available during weekdays and weekends
Previous experience is essential
Must perform well in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills to maintain good interdepartmental relations
