Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Previous hotel experience in a 4/5-star property preferred.
• Experience in high-volume/ fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a busy food & beverage operation.
• Micros experience preferable.

• Delivery of amazing service and consistently high standards at all time.
• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine. Be able to make recommendations.

• Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
• Assisting in lounge, restaurant or other departments as required.

The Person

• Previous hotel experience in a 4/5-star hotel property is preferred.
