Brown Thomas Arnotts is seeking a Brand Manager to represent Victoria Beckham, delivering a world-class luxury shopping experience on the shop floor. You will advise clients, build lasting relationships, and drive sales while ensuring the brand is showcased with excellence across all touchpoints.

The successful candidate will bring passion for luxury service, deep product knowledge, and the ability to connect authentically with customers.

Qualifications

• Deliver a luxury-standard customer experience to upscale clients.
• Demonstrate proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Show strong interest in fashion/lashion luxury products and act as an expert advisor.
• Be highly organised and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Proficient with CRM and clienteling platforms to engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets with luxury service standards.
• Act as brand storyteller and share product expertise with customers.
• Collaborate with sales, stockroom, and online teams for consistent brand experience.
