You will act as a trusted style advisor, building lasting client relationships and driving sales while ensuring the brand is displayed with excellence on the shop floor.

The successful candidate will combine deep product knowledge with service excellence and strong commercial results, using CRM and clienteling tools to engage clients and foster

Qualifications

• Luxury-standard customer experience expected.
• Ability to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong interest in fashion/beauty/luxury products and act as expert advisor.
• Highly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible and solutions-focused in a luxury retail setting.
• Empathetic, self-aware and professional in all interactions.
• Confident using CRM, stock locators and clienteling platforms.
