Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium brand environments.
• Excellent communication and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised customer service, tailoring recommendations to individual needs and building lasting client relationships
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while upholding the highest standards of luxury service
• Act as a confident brand storyteller, sharing product expertise and inspiring customers through engaging, professional interactions
• Work closely with colleagues across sales, stockroom, and online functions to ensure seamless brand representation and customer experience
• Respond flexibly to new launches, seasonal priorities, and changing customer needs while remaining solutions‑focused
• Use CRM and clienteling tools to enhance customer engagement and drive repeat business
