Job summary

Brown Thomas Arnotts is seeking a Brand Manager to represent Hugo Boss in our Womenswear department in Dublin. You will deliver world-class luxury service, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales while ensuring the brand is showcased with excellence on the shop floor.

The successful candidate will demonstrate passion for luxury service, deep product knowledge, and the ability to connect authentically with customers.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering a luxury-standard customer experience.
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished presentation.
• Strong interest in fashion/luxury products and expert advisor capability.
• Highly organised, accurate and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets with luxury service standards.
• Act as a confident brand storyteller, sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues across sales, stockroom and online functions for seamless brand representation.
• Respond to new launches and seasonal priorities with solutions-focused approach.
• Use CRM and clienteling tools to enhance engagement and drive repeat business.
• Own personal results, brand standards and compliance with company values.
