Brown Thomas Arnotts in Dublin is recruiting a part-time NN07 Sales Consultant for our Menswear Department. You will deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience, act as a trusted advisor, build long-term client relationships, and drive sales while upholding our luxury brand standards.

The successful candidate will demonstrate emotional intelligence, product expertise, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while demonstrating strong product knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Provide expert styling and product advice with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible and solutions-focused, able to manage change and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating needs and tailoring recommendations to drive sales.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales and service targets.
• Provide expert product knowledge across multiple categories and stay informed on brand launches.
• Accurately process transactions, loyalty sign-ups, and returns.
• Collaborate with stockroom, online, and concessions to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
• Promote adoption of digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp clienteling, stock locators).
• Maintain compliance with company policies and data privacy.
