Job summary

Bank of Ireland (via Cpl) in Tuam is seeking a Welcome Advisor on a 12-month onsite contract. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, professional service and handling cashier duties when needed.

You’ll guide customers through self-service options, manage branch flow, maintain customer records, and escalate complex queries. Ideal candidates show excellent service, strong communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new systems and develop their banking

Location: Tuam

Contract: 12 Months

Partner: Bank of Ireland (via Cpl)

Salary: €30,000 per year

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, Onsite
