Qualifications

• Five years' management experience across multiple sites or branches.
• Experience supervising through branch supervisors or team leads.
• Proven ability to develop people and build supervisory capability.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, workforce planning and performance metrics.
• Customer-first orientation with high service standards.
