Permanent TSB in Ireland is seeking a Branch Lead to oversee daily branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive sales and customer service excellence across all channels.

You will coach and develop a team, coordinate with Field Based Sales Consultants and SME managers, and build strong relationships with key partners to grow new business while maintaining trusted relationships with existing customers.

Qualifikationen

• Full QFA with up-to-date CPD hours for CPD years.
• Experience in retail finance sales and service ideally at Branch level.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a sales team to deliver objectives.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan and coordinate branch activities daily to optimise capacity and efficiencies.
• Supervise and manage a team undertaking CF3 & CF4 roles advising on products or arranging financial services.
• Coach branch colleagues to embed Blackbelt learnings and enhance customer engagement across channels.
• Drive business development, lead generation and cross-sales with clear visibility on branch and individual performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with Field Based Sales Consultants, SME Managers and Territory Sales Managers.
• Coordinate sales activity in the branch in collaboration with the territory team, led by the Territory Sales Manager.
