Job summary

HRconsultants.ie seeks an experienced Branch Lead for a busy financial services branch in Donegal Town, Ireland. You will lead a small team, ensuring an excellent in-branch experience and assisting customers with everyday banking and mortgage needs.

Reporting to regional leadership, you will drive performance, uphold risk and compliance standards, manage daily operations and cash handling, and foster strong community relations to enhance the customer journey.

• QFA qualification and banking/financial services experience.

This is a customer-focused leadership role, responsible for leading a small team, delivering an excellent in-branch experience and supporting customers with their everyday banking and mortgage needs.
