LKQ Ireland is seeking a Duty Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet, reporting to the Branch Manager and guiding two fellow Duty Managers. You will drive customer service, operational excellence and stock integrity while developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory/management experience in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading the operation across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coordinating resources for smooth operations and customer service.
• Driving operational excellence by maintaining standards and procedures.
• Managing stock accuracy and stock take activities.
• Ensuring customer service SLAs and efficient clicks & collects.
• Overseeing returns, warranties and reverse logistics processes.
• Leading recruitment, onboarding and development of team.
• Creating a positive, inclusive culture and able to adapt to demand.
