We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to take responsibility for day-to-day performance, service delivery and team effectiveness across our four-branch network in Dublin West — leading through supervisors, resolving operational challenges, and establishing consistent standards across every location.

The successful candidate will be a proven problem-solver: someone capable of identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions, while motivating staff, upholding high standards, and collaborating closely with all departments to ensure operations run smoothly. The Role

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dublin West, with regular travel required across the branch network. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will hold overall accountability for day-to-day branch operations, front-line service delivery and team performance across four branches. Working through Branch Supervisors, the Operations Manager will build organisational capability, drive continuous improvement, and translate organisational objectives into consistent and effective operations at branch level.

Requirements - Essential

• A minimum of five years' management experience, including direct accountability for operations, service standards and people performance across multiple sites or branches. Suitable candidates may come from financial services, retail, hospitality or another people-intensive, customer-facing sector.
• Proven experience managing through supervisors or team leads, including responsibility for setting priorities, monitoring performance and maintaining consistent operational and service standards across a wider staff group.
• A demonstrated ability to develop people, with a track record of building capability within supervisory or junior management teams.
• Solid operational experience, including familiarity with compliance requirements, processes, workforce planning and performance metrics.
• A genuine member-first or customer-first orientation, with a commitment to high standards of service at every level.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust quickly among staff, peers and senior leadership.
• Resilience and adaptability, with the confidence to lead effectively through periods of organisational change.
• A full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel between branches.

Requirements - Desirable

• A relevant third-level qualification in business, operations, management, finance or a related discipline.
• QFA qualification, or a willingness to work towards this qualification, with full support provided.
• Experience within financial services, a credit union, or another regulated environment.
• Experience implementing new systems, processes or operational frameworks across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of the Scion system.
• Commercial awareness, including an understanding of how to drive member engagement, product uptake and growth within a values-led organisation.
