Job summary

Core Credit Union Ltd. is seeking a motivated Member Services Officer to support our members and contribute to the efficient operation of our offices in Ireland. The role is based across Dublin/Wicklow with 33 hours per week in a full-time capacity, and a closing date of 5pm on Tuesday 29th September.

You will provide warm, professional service, assist with account queries and loan applications, and maintain accurate records while supporting daily branch operations and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally within a financial institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proven ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional and helpful service to members across all interactions.
• Support members with account queries, transactions and loan application processes.
• Process financial transactions accurately and maintain thorough, up-to-date records.
• Manage a range of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily branch operations.
• Contribute to community service and volunteer initiatives sponsored by the credit union.
