Responsibilities

• Greet all customers who enter the Branch.
• Process payments and withdrawals within the cash desk and day-to-day banking tasks.
• Help customers set up and maintain accounts.
• Handle calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
• Promote banking products and services to customers.
• Direct customers to the right colleague for queries.
• Assist customers with IT systems to update details.
• Perform general administration tasks.
