Job summary

AIB in Naas invites applications for a customer-facing role within the branch to deliver exceptional service and everyday banking support. You’ll greet customers, process transactions, assist with accounts and handle inquiries across channels.

We require a proven ability to build relationships, focus on client outcomes, and collaborate across teams, with a flexible approach to branch work as part of the local network. Closing date is 21 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Evidence of excellent customer relationship skills, ability to engage with customers and represent AIB with expertise.
• Is passionate about delivering the best possible experience to our customers.
• Works co-operatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
• Fulfils customer requests, resolves problems, and responds to customers’ questions through multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers who enter the Branch.
• Process payments and withdrawals, working within the cash desk, lodgements and general day-to-day banking errands.
• Help customers to set up and maintain accounts.
• Deal with calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries.
• Promote financial products and services to customers.
• Guide customers to the correct colleague in regard to their financial queries.
• Help customers with the use of IT systems to update account details.
• General administration tasks.
