Abrivia Recruitment Specialists in Dublin City South is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join our friendly Customer Care team. The role is hybrid after a six-month training period and offers DOE plus 10% bonus, pension, healthcare, and flexible working hours.

You will be a key first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries by phone and email, ensuring professional service, and supporting admin across the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as hospitality, retail, customer service or office environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable and professional manner.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
• Providing a professional and efficient service to customers and drivers
• Updating and maintaining internal systems accurately
• Coordinating vehicle administration, including motor tax processing
• Managing fines, toll tags and fuel card administration
• Preparing reports and supporting the wider business with administrative tasks
• Following established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest levels of customer service
• Providing support across the team during busy periods and annual leave
