Job summary

Allied Irish Banks in Maynooth is seeking a customer-facing role within the branch team to provide an engaging experience for our customers. You will greet customers, process payments, help set up and maintain accounts, and handle inquiries across channels.

You will promote financial products, guide customers to the right colleague, and assist with IT-enabled updates, all within a hybrid working model. Salary is €30,525 per annum.

Qualifications

• Evidence of excellent customer relationship skills, ability to engage with customers and represent AIB with expertise.
• Is passionate about delivering the best possible experience to our customers.
• Works co-operatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
• Fulfils customer requests, resolves problems, and responds to customers’ questions through multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers who enter the Branch.
• Process payments and withdrawals, working within the cash desk, lodgements and general day-to-day banking errands.
• Help customers to set up and maintain accounts.
• Deal with calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries.
• Promotefinancial products and services to customers.
• Guide customers to the correct colleague in regard to their financial queries.
• Help customers with the use of IT systems to update account details.
