Job summary

Morrison BMW is seeking a Service Advisor for its on-site showroom in Cahir. The role involves greeting customers, understanding service needs, and recording work requests in line with BMW standards.

You will manage check-in/out, schedule appointments, and communicate progress to customers. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, Aftersales experience, and familiarity with service processes and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, to explain technical information clearly.
• Aftersales experience within an automotive dealership environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with service processes, booking systems and invoicing.
• Experience in a front-of-house/customer-facing automotive role is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their service and repair needs.
• Record work requests accurately in line with BMW standards.
• Coordinate vehicle check-in/check-out and schedule workshop appointments.
• Explain recommended work clearly and provide timely updates on progress.
• Prepare service estimates and liaise with technicians and parts teams.
• Manage aftersales documentation, invoicing and follow-up with customers.
• Maintain a professional reception area and promote service offers.
