Qualifications

• A full, clean driver’s license.
• Experience in the motor industry is a plus, but we are committed to our training and development programme and level of support to get you up to speed.

• Be the friendly face and voice of our customer care department, welcoming customers and checking their vehicle in, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Lead the customer experience by actively listening to their needs and using your expertise to advise them on the best course of action.
• Utilise your resilience to manage customer communication, providing clear, transparent updates and handling queries with professionalism.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment, collaborating with technicians and sales colleagues to deliver a seamless experience.
