Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Billing Account Executive (Grower) in Ireland to drive growth with existing customers. You will build deep relationships across SMB and enterprise clients, articulate value, and lead strategic account plans in close collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams.

You will own and close upsell opportunities, help shape the go-to-market strategy, and translate customer feedback into product insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales or prospecting experience at a technology company.
• Owning a direct sales quota with experience closing new business or expanding existing users.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with business partners.
• Thrives in an unstructured, fast-moving environment.
• Self-starter with strong communication and diagnostic thinking.
• Experience selling billing solutions or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across SMB and enterprise clients.
• Develop and execute Strategic Account Plans and forecast renewal or expansion.
• Drive revenue and lead upsell conversations.
• Lead product discussions and contribute to GTM strategy.
• Synthesize customer feedback to inform Stripe roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and User Ops teams.
