Job summary

Stripe in Dublin is seeking a Billing Account Executive (Grower) to apply sales and product expertise, driving growth in existing Stripe customers. You will collaborate with core sales, marketing, product marketing, and product teams to develop deep product knowledge and execute our go-to-market strategy.

You will lead in-depth product discussions with customers and build and executing strategic deals across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales or prospecting experience at a technology company.
• Own a direct sales quota and close new business or expansions.
• Build strong collaborative working relationships with partners.
• Thrive in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
• Self-starter capable of driving results with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills for in-person, multi-stakeholder meetings.
• Experience leading complex negotiations with bespoke agreements.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build deep relationships across SMB client organizations and articulate value to stakeholders.
• Develop and execute Strategic Account Plans mapping client structure and growth opportunities.
• Proactive communication with updates and trusted-advisor posture.
• Drive revenue to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Lead upsell conversations for existing and prospective customers.
• Drive strategic thought leadership to grow Stripe's footprint.
• Synthesize client feedback to inform the Stripe product roadmap.
