Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Billing Account Executive (Grower) in Dublin to drive growth for existing Stripe customers. You will leverage your sales and product expertise to engage core teams and lead strategic deals across SMB accounts.

You will develop deep product knowledge, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute a go-to-market strategy. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales or prospecting experience at a technology company.
• Direct sales quota ownership and closing new business or expansion experience.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with business partners.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Build deep relationships across SMB client organizations and articulate value to multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and execute Strategic Account Plans mapping out client organizations and growth opportunities.
• Communicate proactively with clients and act as a trusted advisor.
• Drive revenue to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Lead upsell conversations and expand Stripe usage with existing and new customers.
• Provide strategic thought leadership to ensure user success and revenue growth.
• Understand Stripe’s sales process and competitors, and relay feedback to inform roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and User Operations to amplify growth.
