MailChimp Dublin is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to qualify opportunities and drive engagement with prospective clients. You will source opportunities from inbound channels and handover sales-ready leads to Account Executives while building lasting relationships with stakeholders.

In this role you will consistently meet KPIs, engage via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and champion MailChimp’s value proposition.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required or highly proficient.
• 1+ year in a B2B sales role preferred.
• Strong listening skills and ability to synthesize information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Salesforce experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work to deadlines and be highly organized.

Responsabilités

• Create sales-qualified opportunities by engaging with prospects and showcasing MailChimp benefits.
• Source opportunities from inbound lead sources and handover to Account Executives.
• Build lasting relationships with Mailchimp stakeholders.
• Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Engage prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn to drive interest.
• Achieve established sales goals and objectives.
• Act as product/service advocate and assess mutual fit with clients.
• Learn quickly and maintain knowledge of clients’ products and services.
