Job summary

Diligent is seeking a Sales Development Representative I (SDR I) in Galway to drive growth from inbound leads. You will engage with prospects, capture their requirements, and represent Diligent’s AI-powered governance, risk and compliance SaaS solutions.

You’ll work as part of a high-energy sales team in a hybrid environment, focusing on qualification, rapid outreach, and setting initial meetings while aiming to exceed targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• French and English language proficiency is essential.
• A keen interest in working in a sales-focused, target-driven environment.
• An understanding of the sales process (marketing, sales cycle).
• Demonstrated ability to articulate the unique proposition of Diligent solutions and obtain product knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior level executives.
• Excellent presentation skills both verbally and written.
• High energy, with a positive and can-do attitude that drives success.

Responsibilities

• Navigating CRM (Salesforce) to identify inbound prospects for targeting and enrich with additional information to create value conversations that lead to Initial Meetings
• Conduct sales development best practices through email, phone, and social activities using the various software tools to connect with new prospects
• Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably to qualify the right decisions makers
• Skilfully build interest and influence opportunities with inbound prospects
• Coordinate meetings/demonstrations on account executive’s calendar and log activities in the CRM
• Meet or exceed targets & key performance indicators (KPIs) as determined by the business
• Other duties may be requested in accordance with business need
