The Coordinator, Clinical and Medical Affairs (CMA), EMEA, will report directly to the Director, Clinical Affairs, EMEA, and will support the Vascular and Emergency Medicine (VEM) CMA team. This role will manage the Health Care Professional (HCP) management system (for all Health Care Professional (HCP) and Health Care Organisations (HCO), Medical Education Grants and assist with CMA administrative duties across EMEA. The role supports the effective execution and maintenance of online educational platforms, team proficiency documents, data management, and facilitation of team meetings (i.e. scheduling, agendas and minute taking). The role will involve general supervision performing a variety of tasks and handles a wide range of situations involving clerical and administrative functions to support the department.
Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
Fluent in English.
Exhibits exceptional time-management and organisational skills.
Established track record of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external contacts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
The role will require occasional travel within region and trips abroad.
TRAVEL REQUIRED:
Up to 10%.
