Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Customer Service, Support, or SDR or related role.
• Advanced proficiency at B2/C1 in English and at least one additional language.
• Experience using CRM and customer support platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support to clients across international markets.
• Investigate customer issues, identify solutions, and ensure requests are resolved effectively.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout interactions.
• Manage customer interactions in CRM and support platforms such as Zendesk or HubSpot.
• For SDR responsibilities, identify qualified opportunities and conduct prospecting activities.
• Engage with prospects and customers with clear, professional communication.
• Maintain records of interactions and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex requests and support business development.
