Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Support Specialist based in Ireland to deliver exceptional customer experience in a global HR technology environment. You will handle HR inquiries via email, phone, chat and ticketing systems, investigate issues, and coordinate solutions with cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations, Finance and Payroll.

You will work in a remote-first environment, delivering accurate guidance, documenting actions, and helping improve processes for a growing international client

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or support experience.
• Experience with HR tech or similar technology environments is a plus.
• Fluent English written and spoken (C2).

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for HR-related inquiries via email, phone, chat and tickets.
• Investigate, resolve, and communicate solutions clearly throughout the resolution process.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Payroll and other teams to support customers.
