Job summary

Barden | B Corp has partnered with a leading global technology company to recruit a Customer Resolution Specialist for their Ireland-based team. You will own customer issues, investigate deeply, gather information and determine the best course of action across phone and digital channels.

You’ll work with specialist teams, keep precise records, manage a varied workload to meet deadlines, and look for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, claims, complaints, case management or similar environment.
• Confident dealing with challenging conversations and finding solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess information.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
• Flexible to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues that require a deeper level of investigation
• Review case details, gather relevant information and determine the best course of action
• Support customers across a range of channels, including phone and digital platforms
• Deal with complaints, disputes and other high-priority matters in a calm and professional manner
• Work with specialist teams when an issue requires additional input or expertise
• Keep clear and accurate records of cases and actions taken
• Manage a varied workload while meeting agreed deadlines and service standards
• Help identify ways to improve how customer issues are handled
